This company took my order on the 5th January for express delivery on an in stock item. Yesterday 3rd February, the item still hadn't been despatched, let alone delivered.
A complete waste of time, now having to reorder the item elsewhere, that I wanted to have for a special occasion.
Ignore it, when they reply here and say the offer or offered a solution, they don't. They simply offer you a completely different product and excuses.
I really do hope these scam artist go out of business.
