I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with Sun Realty and how the representatives handled my reservation in Nags Head. Due to the beach closures during Covid 19, they led me to believe that I would be able to transfer my reservation to a different week. However, when the beaches were opened 10 days before my reservation, they told me I could not change. The owner of the property (429-A Village Diamond), Mr. Yang was also very inflexible. This created a very difficult situation with my large family.
Sun Realty totally misled me I would not trust Sun Realty to tell the truth. Their priority is their commission revenues.
