This site is now charging Freelancers 3 times as much to bid on a job. I have bid on 62 jobs in the past month and the only ones that respond are scammers that want me to work for free or people who disappear before they hire you. Upwork you are scamming your customers and we have a choice. Indeed.com and Zip Recruiter, along with Linked In.

Scam site.

This huge company is horrible. Rude providers in their satellite clinics, running people through like cattle. Providers don't care. Management doesn't care. Complaints fall on deaf ears. They have some kind of 'reputation management' software that tries to alter and erase Google reviews so be sure to look at all the written review on Yelp, Trust Pilot, and this site where these scoundrels cannot alter or erase reviews. They throw worthless prescriptions at people and do not want to listen to the patients at all. Abusive to senior citizens. We plan to file a BBB complaint due to no resolution with the parent company on our complaints.

The store in Junction City has clerks who only know how to say 'paper or plastic' or 'do you want cash back?" With a rare exception trying to have a pleasant conversation is impossible with these robotic people. They have stone faces and will not converse with anyone. Some of the clerks that stock items won't even talk to me anymore. Not unless I ask a question they have to answer, but then they run away. Who in management is scaring these people? Why is this happening? Grocery Outlet is building a store as is Tractor Supply. Safeway in JC has great service. I think Bi mart wants their shoppers to leave. It's disgusting.

This town has been thriving on the uniqueness of an small, historical town and small, family owned stores.

Recently the Brownsville Times reported that the City Manager has encouraged a franchise, Dollar General, to build in town. That Store is a monstrosity. A chain. Totally opposite of the town's character. Apparently Scott McDowell, the City Manager does not feel it necessary to get anyone else's approval. He is a dictator! This Dollar General will put other local businesses OUT OF BUSINESS. Time to get a new City Manager and kick this one to the curb. Shame on you!

This town will be ruined in a few years. Don't buy a home here. There is too much traffic as it is. Very controlling City Manager who cares nothing about the people here.

We suspect that the City Manager and Mayor have been paid off by Dollar General to 'approve' this without input from residents and other business owners. Bribed. Often done around here.

The famous Pioneer Park has been ruined by too many campers. The caretakers quit. City Maintenance staff is overwhelmed with clean up. Trash, human waste etc. Yet, they allow more camping for the upcoming Music Festival and Eclipse! Who is going to clean that mess up?

Not the City Manager, or Mayor, or City Council. Even the Sheriffs office does not have enough allowed hours to patrol it.

A lot of mismanagement all the way around. Horrible.
