I have over $100 in vested "Honey Gold" in my account but their website won't allow me to complete the redemption process - it just freezes after I hit the submit button. Multiple inquiries to their customer service email with no responses. No other way to reach them. They blocked me on Twitter when I DM'd them for help! Never experienced anything like this with any other cashback site. Scammers.

“Yes, same with me. I have more than $150, and I am also unable to redeem the points. I am trying to reach them through Email, Chat, Twitter for 6 days, but no response yet. Seems this is a fraud company. I recommend not to use this site.”
