This is the worst travel company in the World! They stole the money I paid for my cruise, then they tried to gaslighted me into thinking I cancelled the cruise. They booked the river cruise for me including the airfare. When the airline cancelled my flight and Viking couldn't get me to met up with my tour, they cancelled my trip without my consent which was in violation of their own Contract of carriage. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted them to offer me an alternative trip but they refused and were nasty and very mean. Don't use them.
