I initially wrote a review and in the heat of the moment the review was scathing; however, the company immediately called me back and we came to the conclusion that Homary was neither avoiding or defrauding me; they simply were not getting my emails due to a glitch on their site. When I wrote them directly, the service manager responded immediately. To this end, here is my revised review.

I have purchased three expensive bidet toilets from Homary and they are remarkable. The third toilet had a broken piece, undoubtedly during delivery, and the manager at *******@homary.com answered immediately when I contacted them through direct email rather than the communication procedure within their website. The manager Mr. Proud provided a discount for my trouble and immediately made arrangements to send the small piece that was broken.

In sum, no company is perfect, but I admire a company that takes feedback seriously. The toilets are rich looking, I am happy, and my contact with S. Proud make me comfortable knowing that if the occasional problem happens in the future, I will be made whole. Thanks Homary, I will continue to shop with you!
