I ordered a salt cell--they charged my credit card, then a few days later they sent me an email saying it was backordered, and they had no idea when it would be back in stock. I called,, spoke to Stanley and was told this is their standard practice, and they would refund the credit card charge. It has been 2 days and I have gotten NO confirmation of refund from PoolSupplyUnlimited, or my credit card company. Taking your money and knowingly not having the merchandise seems the definition of fraud. I certainly will not risk dealing with these guys again!
Addendum: I finally did get refund about a week and a half later!

Tip for consumers:
Call to make sure item is in stock before giving them your credit card---they will charge you even if they do not have the merchandise to ship! Better yet, use a different vendor.
