Found the item I was looking for to add storage to my '22 Squashed 2 door Wildtrack that worked better for me than any of the other molle solutions - at a very good price over the other options! Packing of the shipment was way above expectations; something I appreciate as returning damaged items from shipping is absolutely no fun... The quality of the product received was excellent as well - Will do business again with this outstanding company.

GE washer control board went dead and the only supplier that was able to get me one was GRP. They went above and beyond when their normal warehouse was out of stock, placing the order with an alternate source, communicating with me at every step of the way. Part arrived at the originally promised time - and just in time for laundry day. Thank you GRP for the excellent service and follow through – something I believe is getting more rare the last couple years!

Received two gift cards from Family that in short, will not work. Even tried to check their balance to see if I could get them recognized there - nope! Now here is the interesting part(s.) Went to Fandango.com and sent in a trouble ticket/email and did receive a trouble ticket number immediately, however, nothing has happened past that. The one attempt to resolve the problem was an email from Customer Service asking me to call their published 1-800 number. Here is the rabbit hole - after a diatribe about some promotion or another, you are asked to press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish; 1 gets you the statement, "Opps, something went wrong" and the line is immediately hung up; Pressing 2 puts you in a ground hog day loop that never ends - the press 1 for and 2 for diatribe. Tried the number several times over a two week period to see if it would be fixed - Nope. I have sent several emails notifying them of a nonfunctioning phone line and ask for them to contact me - NO REPLY. I have submitted several more trouble tickets and nothing. Taking this a step further, I went to the parent company Vudu and logged on to their chat system and waited 2 hours for an agent, yep, another dead end. Conclusion: This organization is shamming the daylights out of people and getting away with it.
