The pay and benefits are not that good, but they aren't the worst part. The main problem here is that you're not only assigned one role because management will make you work multiple jobs. You'll be forced to do tasks that are outside the responsibilities of your real position. This is very stressful especially for those who are just new here or those who are still trying to jumpstart their careers.
