I'm a long time customer and have had 2 customer service issues and both were handled with total care for me rather than for their own costs.
This time I sent o note explaining that a shirt I purchased in May unraveled where the sleeve attaches after 3-4 wearings. It was past their normal "complaint" window so my only goal was to let them know as the other 10+ shirts I've acquired never had that issue.
In addition to a nice note they waived their rules and sent me a new shirt. Obviously they really care about satisfying their customers. Thanks again AJ & TeePublic!
