Project management clound software is a relatively new fad and wrike I will say does have some of the better features available. The tricky part with wrike is that if you have a large number of tasks and folders things easily can get lost in the mess. Wrike seems better for small projects with fewer number of people and yet at the price point they offer it at, it isn't that affordable for small groups. The expense can largely come from the storage fees. I can potentially see this software catching on once they work out the kinks and perhaps make it more customizable. Until then I'm just not seeing the advantage of using wrike and learning to master all of its features. I think they should give you a free trial for at least a few months before actually charging the users.
