Booked accommodation through booking.com in Southampton to attend our sons graduation. Booked a couple of months in advance. After his graduation we called as requested to give a check in time to be told we had been "re designated". Arrived at the accommodation to be told our reservation was cancelled and we should have been notified. We had not. Then they stated it was only cancelled an hour previously. We had been driving since five am. We were left stranded in Southampton and the only alternative booking. Com offered was in West Sussex, nearly two hours drive away. Sickeningly tired after the day. We had no choice but to drive home through the night as we could not find alternative at such late notice. Will NEVER use them again. Their customer service agent was rude and patronising,

Supposedly a site to give news and information on mmorpgs. Lacks a balanced view and shamelessly promotes any release good or bad. Never mentions any game publisher problems i. E. lack of security for example, with Sony online entertainment 'losing' many customers details. Should you post to their forums and hold a negative view on a game - you are swiftly rewarded with a *Warning* your post is considered trolling/Negative. No matter how polite or valid your concerns were written. An unwelcoming, unbalanced site with very slanted reviews always in favour of the game publisher.
