I returned using their 30 day return policy via an RMA. They didn't have the skills to reset the surface pro and sent it back.
When they did they did not return my 99 dollar surface pencil and my 99 dollar Microsoft office license. They won't answer emails or phone calls. They just ignore you.
I am going to have to sue them for a refund for the items they stole as they won't respond in any way.
DON'T BUY FEOM THESE CROOKS.
Buy from someone reputable and pass this company by. They are crooked.
Tip for consumers:
They won’t honor their return policy and won’t ship all of your products back and then will not answer requests to get this fixed.

This place is a ripoff. We ordered a sofa set. The DAY you order, they charge your card but when I asked when it would ship they said first they have to order it, which takes 8 weeks and then 2 more weeks to ship to us.
So, they use YOUR money for 10 weeks interest free to buy the product and sell it to you!
What a crooked business model.
I am cancelling our order and recommend you shop elsewhere.
Update: They charge your credit card the instant the order is placed. But, I cancelled the order 12 days ago and they still haven't refunded the money. I called and there is one person who handles refunds and I was sent to that person's voicemail. PLEASE don't order from this company. This is really a bad situation.
