Flashpayday advertises that their APR might be 1825%. That is what they ADVERTISE. And what you could get if you pay on time! Let alone what it might be if you're late or they come up with any "issues". Payday loans are bad news. I can't believe sites like flashpayday.com are legal...

Cashadvance.org is just another one of those super duper high interest rate payday loan sites. The. Org makes it sound like a non-profit or some other do-gooder site but it is not. Just another place to get people to waste their money. Steer clear of cashadvance.org.

I never thought I'd be excited about a thermostat but Nest proved me wrong. It's the neatest device in my home, and I'm convinced it will save me money on my electricity bills, although the jury is still out on that one. Also their customer service and installation is first rate. You have to give Nest a try.
