I ordered three of the same books. It said it was going to go in print in a few days and then it would take 5-10 days to arrive.
So i waited until nearing the expected arrival. When i got curious and made an account to see if i could get more info. And to my surprise the status had not changed it was stuck on "Not Yet Dispatched".
So i had to contact support in order to see what happened. They had to contact someone else to find out what happened. Of course when you contact support you have to follow up. So i did and asked the next day. Which got the issue escalated.
The next week i got a response the books where no longer available and they had no idea when they would be back in stock. So i asked for a refund. Which wasn't a problem. So at least customer service was 5 stars.
