We recently opened an account, but it was unexpectedly terminated shortly after completing the registration process. The stated reason was our company's alleged non-compliance with their terms and conditions, aimed at user protection. However, when we requested specific details about the alleged breaches, they were unable to provide any concrete information. They did not clarify how our company posed a threat to their users or cite any specific violations. This experience has led us to question Mailjet's ethical standards and their practice of terminating accounts without clear justification. It's possible that Mailjet's behavior and approach may actually pose a threat to users due to their arbitrary account termination practices.

While we don't need information about the decision making progress, we would like to know the specific reasons. Using '
Acceptable Use Policy and/or Terms of Service' without indicating which exact part in our account is against these terms, seems to be to broad and arbitrary.

We are happy to address any concerns; yet, we need to know the specifics which, according to the team, break the terms and conditions.
