I had ordered a Flower bouquet online through the site http://www.fresh-flowers-india.com/. The site provides an option to select the date when the gift is to be delivered. I had selected 15.02.2014 for my friend's birthday. I wished my friend and told her to keep an eye on the phone as she will be getting a courier. I tacked the order in the site and on 15.02.2014 evening I could find the status as processed. So I called the helpline number mentioned in the site *******225. Nobody picked up the call. I tried for almost one hour no one picked up. Another friend of mine got a delivery from these people a day ago and from her I got another number – *******5949. A person picked up the phone but talked to me in a very bad way. Then again on 17.02.2014 I called up the helpline number, then the executive was very arrogant and said they do not delivery to that place. But I ordered the gift after checking the website and confirming that the product has delivery. My friend received the gift on 18.02.2014 night ( 4 days after the promised date) and found that the flowers were dried and not at all fresh. NEVER USE THIS SITE.
