I've used Aliexpress about five times. Most of the items were the same as on the picture, yet, one of them (a charger) was of a different color. I also hate the fact that you never know when the parcel will arrive - in two weeks or in two months. I'm not sure it's their issue, but I prefer to know more-less when to expect the delivery.

Last year, I was planning a trip for late March. I had a flexible budget but fixed dates. I was happy to come across this travel guide that gave me some ideas on where to go in March. Well, the trip was cancelled due to the virus outbreak, but now I know where to look for some ideas on where to go on my next trip. But I think these guys could do better in terms of visual representation of the info: add a map or something to a country page, because it took me a while to see which activity is where and how to combine it all in one trip.

I booked a flight for late March 2020. As you might have guessed, it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The way Expedia managed my request was professional, the process was transparent, and now I'm willing to book my next flight via their platform.
