I cancelled an online order within one minute of making it, and two days later I still do not have my money back. When I call customer service they say that its my cc bank's fault. I called my cc bank and they said it is not their fault that Anthropologie could of course give me the refund immediately. They still have my money even though I cancelled the order two days ago. Please do not shop here, they have terrible customer service and do not care about your money or your experience. I am going to have to dispute the charge to get my money back.
This store is horrible, I have tried repeatedly to unsubscribe from their emails that they send every day, many times a day and they refuse to remove me from their list. Horrible company and dishonest people, I would never buy from this store. Horrible experience.
Tip for consumers: Don't sign up for emails, they will NEVER remove you.
