I recently wrote a very negative review of Groupon's Bag of Swag deal. I am now writing to say how pleased I am with their Customer Service after I complained about the stuff I was sent. I had prompt attention and response to my complaint and with it a return label. I returned the stuff straight away and got a reply as soon as the goods were received to acknowledge it and also to inform me that I have been given a full refund including the postage. So, much as I am disappointed with the actual goods, I have to give credit where it's due and say their Customer Service is excellent. My contact for this in Groupon was Nithin Kumar who answered my complaint with politeness and followed up all the way through. He has also said he will pass on my comments to the right department which I hope he will do to prevent other customers having the same disappointing experience.
