If Icould give them a zero I would. Nails
All over the driveway you end up with
Flat tires. They do nothing to
Compensate you. Another incident I
Purchased a brand new refrigerator
From them with cash. Got it home it did
Not work. Immediately ( next day)
Notified them, They told us we could not
Return it to the store. We had to have it
Seviced three times in order to get a
Refund. That's just their policy they said.
Sure enough three different times after
The service guy came out and said it's
Irreparable all 3 times... Got it back to
The store and they said now we can only
Give us an instore credit, because it had
Been over 30 days. Which by The time
You have the service guy come out say
It's broken,wait twelve hours, See, it's
Still not working, then called the service.
Guy wait another week for him to come
Put. Etc. It had been 32 days only
Because The service guy had made 3
Different appointments in that monthand told us from day one that it was
Defective. Yet they only wanted to give
Us an in store credit instead of our cash
Back. Over $1000. I'm sorry, but nobody
Is going to tell me where to spend my
Money and it definitely will NEVER be
Menards! I did not leave without
Getting my money back let me tell you
That. Unfortunately, it's not the innocent
Workers but the higher ups. Menards
Listen up. WORD OF MOUTH WILL
BANKRUPT YOU!

If you decide to work outside yard the receiving manager is rude and likes to stare and treat...
