I ordered GE Micorwave oven parts for specific model clearly. I receieved wromng parts. I sent email notice clearly stating the parts. But initial response from support team is not encouraging. They denied to accept the mistake and replied, wrong parts are ordered by me.
I gave clear pictures and photos including the order numbers with clear details. After four emails correspondance, finally they realised and sent correct parts and I installed.
With such a price for parts, proper customer support service is required, to resolve the mistakes. I spent lot of time on this issue, which is not necessary.
