I ordered a pendant in January hoping that I could gift it to someone in February. I still have not received this pendant and it is now April. I emailed them before and received a response, to which they respectfully explained the reason for the delay and was told that I would later get a tracking number. Some more time went by and I still haven't received a tracking number, let alone my order. They have not answered any of my new emails or my phone calls. I would simply appreciate it if I could get an update and, of course, actually receive what I ordered.
