I ordered a sample for $4.99. It never arrived
A month later, my credit card was charged $98 for a month's supply. A week later, the sample arrived. I called the company and they refused to refund my money until the product arrived and I called them for a return authorization. I told them to stop shipments, as I was going to be out of the country for a few months. They charged my account again! I was unable to file a fraud complaint to stop further charges without the bank cancelling my only credit card.! I'm still fighting them.

I was disappointed with the dress and jacket I ordered custom made to my measurements. However, the company refunded me the cost of the outfit, and allowed me to keep it. After making a few alterations, I was able to wear the dress to my granddaughter's wedding, and it looked lovely. The replacement jacket they sent me was still a bit tight in the upper arm area, but not too uncomfortable. I would recommend that if you are ordering custom made, be generous with your measurements - you can always alter it to take it in, but not let it out. I would also advise ordering a couple of color swatches before placing your order, as my fabric did not match the swatch on the computer. I was very happy with the way they resolved my problem.
