I have been a member for awhile. It's always been an issue to cash out but eventually I have always succeeded. However, I recently reached a cashout threshold so I tried to log in to do that and found that my account had been disabled. I contacted customer support and got a stock reply about inconsistent answers or use of profanity? I asked for specifics and they will not respond. In the meantime, they have cancelled not only my account but also say I have forfeited my points. So unfair. DO NOT JOIN THIS PANEL.
