I was ordering a 10 k rope chain and they kept hanging up on me! I called back. The order was down on file just waiting for payment. Upon trying to pay, it was rejecting my credit card and the agent told me it was sold out! I told her that my order was already submitted and a "I'm sorry" is all I got. They had taken my order out and sold it to someone else! What a poor way to do business! They had already taken all my credit card information! I had been a faithful customer through the years! Rude hanging up. Rude removing my purchase and it was supposed to be a birthday present to me from my husband!
