Lots of nice yarnsn and very fast shipping.
OK, some of us have to pay extra for the taxes.
But it´s still cheaper for me to order from Turkey than from my homecountry
I don´t recommend this company,
They are quick to take your money.
And the shipping is too slow. Since Aug 3, I have been waiting for 3 balls

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Please let me reassure you that your parcel was posted on Monday 3rd July as stated in your shipment email. Your order was posted with Royal Mail and tracking is unfortunately not part of the standard service. Most of our parcels arrive within 3 - 5 business days but they can take a little longer if they are held for inspection at customs. I see that Sarah has requested you get in touch if your parcel has not arrived in a few days and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. I do hope that your yarns are with you soon so that you can get started on your project.
