Update: they never called or followed up. They have had plenty of time to fix this issue but never did. Online they sold me flowers and dipped fruit. The flowers were not actually available in the store but they took my money and sold me them online anyway. After charging $127+ for 12 pieces of fruit and flowers, they did not send the flowers because they did not have them. The gift arrived in part but they did not notify me at all, I had to beg for a refund. They sent half a gift but would only refund $29 of the $127 charge. So all in all I spent $97 for 12 pieces of wet and damaged fruit. I am more than disappointed with the service received from Mohammed Junaid over the phone at their corporate office. In addition to refusing to allow me to speak to someone else he kept repeating himself. Certainly he is SORRY to say the least. I am a very dissatisfied customer and refunding me less than half when you baited and switched the purchase is criminal. Edible Arrangements you left me believing your reps and your company are CROOKS! NOTE: Christina a the local office is super nice. Still doesn't change the facts...
