They sent me an email stating that they couldn't send my item so I could contact them for a refund. All the avenues for a refund always received an "error" of some sort making it impossible to request a refund. My email that I sent to their listed email address was returned as no such email. I called the phone number listed and it went to some guy's voicemail. I doubt he even worked at this place. (poor guy) I really bet the two positive ratings on his site were actually placed by the scammer running the site.
