Their website will take your credit card information/Apple Pay details before you are ready to submit an order. Even if call them immediately after it happens, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do about it and can't cancel/modify an order.
I wish I had read the reviews since others have had the same issue with them.
I am disputing the charge with my credit card company as well since I did not approve the submission.
Do not shop there unless you want to lose your money without approval.
Tip for consumers:
Do not use the website unless you want to have to report them to your credit card for taking your money without your approval.
Customer service is the most unhelpful I have seen. Their policy seems to be to immediately claim that your order has been received and fulfilled and therefore they cannot make any changes to it/cancel it - even if you call within 5 minutes...on a Sunday.
