I recently made some lemon "yum yum" crumb muffins after finding on "crazy for crust".
I can say with honesty, these are THE best muffins I have ever baked or tasted. My friends and family think I'm a domestic goddess!
The only draw back being British, is converting the recipe to our weights. You Americans sure do have a complicated measuring system ranging from sticks to cups. However, this is a small price to pay for such inspiring recipes.
