August 27: I ordered 3 items on-line and promptly received them Sept 1. The quality was good, but they did not fit well.
Sept 6: Return started
Sept 12: Maurices confirmed return receipt and promised prompt refund to original payment method. Oct 3: Refund was finally issued to my PayPal account and then was immediately cancelled/voided.
Oct 6: I emailed Maurices regarding the status of my return but never received reply.
Oct 13: I called their Customer Service and was told they were unable to refund to PayPal and would I like a store credit or a check. When I asked for ETA on a check I was told 6-8 weeks or longer. I said no to both options.
My agreement with Maurices was to refund to my original payment method. Now I am getting the runaround. Maurice is refusing to refund my $92 as agreed on. My advise is just say no to doing business with this company.

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS AGAIN.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- BASED OUTSIDE USA. TERRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL ON KENMORE REFRIDGERATOR. 1st Refridgerator was delivered in October and immediately made a loud sound like a helicopter taking off. After spending hours on phone with over-seas customer service, a new refridgerator was ordered. Sears rescheduled delivery 3 times.
2nd refridgerator arrived damaged; scratched, bent inside and out. Clearly used, not new. I immediately call customer service requesting to order a different model and was told that was not possible because it was over 30 days from delivery of original refridgerator, AND, no refund was possible for same reason. How is any of this my fault? Never have I spent so much money and had such a bad customer service experience. The only option they gave me was to reorder the same refridgerator and hope that the 3rd time is a charm. So many hours, so much frustration in trying to resolve this issue.

I ordered 5 items from JustFashion. What a mistake! The online photos of the clothing I purchased were beautiful; but what I received (4-6 weeks later from China) was a very low quality item only slightly resembling the photos and description. They told me return shipping cost is the customers responsibility and they listed many pit falls which could make it difficult if not impossible to return. The company did offer 20% of my purchase price to keep rather than return these terrible clothes. What a joke. What a waster of $$$
