I ordered a delivery from a restaurant via zomato, I received a message that the order is received by the valet. Then as time passed, I called him but his mobile was switched off repeatedly. Then even the customer chat service was unable to contact him. A miserable and very disappointing experience. Finally they sent a message that due to some problem on road the order is cancelled, and hence I wasn't able to receive the order that day.
Tip for consumers:
Please don't believe on this site , filled with people who like deceiving you and making a fool out of you . Be vigilant and careful of such people .
