RIDICULOUS AND GREEDY RESTOCKING FEE, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCTS. STAND UP WALKER IS UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE FOR ELDERLY

First of all, the box was delivered in the morning with no indication that it needed to be opened immediately and/or refrigerated. On an over 100 degree Texas day it sat on my porch for 8 hours. Second, I clearly stated my preference for NO PORK or Shellfish... yet, brussel sprouts w/ bacon were included in my very first order... luckily, I had taken the time to check the ingrediants. Lastly, the food was AWFUL. Any frozen meal from Trader Joes would be better than these!

Amended: customer service was excellent. I received a refund within 24 hours and profuse apologies from management. However, that does not change my opinion of the quality of the food.

Freshly attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
