I ordered on 9th December 2021. I recieved a partial order on the 14 th December 2021.The courier assured me the other boxes were in transit and will arrive asap but its an extremely busy time. Which is completely understandable. I subsequently waited. So reaching out feb 2022 after stikes and shutdowns of post offices and courier services over that time i was met with reassurance of investigating the matter of the missing items. I reached out every month only to get no updates and that they will 'ask the courier and inventory" because customer service couldnt autherise anything. Here we are 16th May 2022 after the 4 different attempts at finding my items 6 months after the order and i have been refused a credit or refund because i submit a claim within 7 days of a non delivery even after showing screenshots of the items still saying the shipment is pending. The blaming of the couriers and the customer whilst keeping my money without providing the product/ credit or refund is all i need to never purchase from this company again.

Tip for consumers:
Read reviews prior to purchasing anything. I wish i had as it seems its not the first time its happened

Hi Tahlia,

We are sorry your items have taken a long time to reach you. As advised, we reached out to the courier when you contacted us 72 days after the first part of the order was delivered to investigate the delivery and were advised there were no indications the items were missing, damaged or misdelivered.

We have escalated this investigation for you as we do take your complaint seriously and want to assist you, however we are relying on the couriers to show that these items are outstanding as so far all indications from our warehouse and from the courier correspondence has been that the items were delivered. If they can provide us with evidence to the contrary, we will happily refund or replace these items for you. But until they can do this, due to the time that has passed and the information we currently have, we are unable to take further action.

I'm sorry there is not more we are able to do at this time. We will be in touch as the courier provides us with updates as we have explained to them the urgency of your case.
