I ordered a pair of boots on December 7th. It says preparing to ship since then. The tracking number they gave goes NOwhere. USPS says it's not even one of their tracking numbers. I have sent 3 emails to Wanelo customer service with no response. Very disappointing. Money is gone. Won't order again.
Hi Tamara, I'm sorry that the tracking numbers aren't working. We are currently working on a very crucial update to our system that will no longer show tracking numbers as invalid.
