It has the worst customer service ever. The bag came after 4 months of waiting and several follow ups and still it was the wrong bag. Had to wait another 2 months to get another wrong bag. They dont respond to calls or messages, had to go to their office numerous times to get updates on my order. You pay so much to get this kind of service and the staff could care less, they still dont change their attitude :/
