I have experienced the worst customer experience of my life when I made a purchase from Glidecraft.com. I madeva purchase on Dec 14th for an item that was guaranteed to be shipped in time for Christmas. On Dec 16th my order finally went into processing and the funds were withdrawn from my account. By Dec 19th the status of my order has not changed. I became slightly concerned and referred to their webpage for contact info. Unfortunately it's impossible to reach them by phone. You are almost immediately prompted to leave a voicemail with hopes of someone reaching back out to you within 12-24 hours. I emailed this company multiple times to no avail. I then decided to check out their facebook page where I found a large amount of people experiencing the same problems as myself. Some commented that they could only reach someone through Facebook message on their page. I reached out through Facebook message myself and finally received a response that someone would get back to me. This was Dec 22nd. I received a call a few hours later. The woman's response was that were much busier than anticipated and that my original board had been out of stock but they have other color options in stock. Now remember my order was placed on the 14th processed on the 16th and I was not contacted until the 22nd after many desperate attempts to reach them. Now your telling me it's out of stock?! Anyway they promise they could ship the Hoverboard that day and it would absolutely reach me by Dec 24th. Sounds good but was not the case. They simply created a shipping label. The fedex shipping status still has not changed since Dec 22nd. Today is the 27th. The item has not been picked up or even have an expected delivery date. I am beyond furious. This is out of control and morally and legally wrong. So many upset parents who never received their children's "biggest" or "only" gift. I have referred to my banks fraud dept to dispute the charge. I have also contacted the N. J. BBB as well as filed a report with the A. G. in my home state of MA. As they will not return my calls or emails and have blocked me from messaging them through Facebook. Buyers beware. Do some research. Check out their Facebook page. Do not put purchase

We do apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you may have experienced. Any orders that were canceled were refunded back to the card used to make the purchase. This was during the holiday season which there was a high volume of calls and emails. Again we do apologize, we are a customer service based company it is not our practice to have any delay in responses.
