They sent my products late, when I received them all of the items that had been printed on were smudged and had the wrong logo on them. I tried desperately to get help from customer service, but they would not rectify the mistake. They ignored emails and took forever to get back to me. Beyond unprofessional and maybe the worst online ordering experience ever. Skip the hassle!
This customer was unhappy with her products. She reached out to us for resolution. We asked her to send photographs of the goods which she begrudgingly did. They did not look good. Our policy states that we can and often ask for the product back which we did in this case prior to a refund. We advised customer we would send a call tag via Fed Ex to pickup the package, all she needed to do was to put the goods back in a box and leave it outside her door. No need to be home, no need to print a label, no need to take it anywhere except outside her front door. She refused to do this and told us NOT TO CONTACT HER AGAIN. A few days went by and she started calling and emailing us again and we again asked her to return the goods using our call tag. Again she refused to do this siting it was too much to do and we were rude and unprofessional and starting threatening to post negative reviews all over the place. We are happy and willing to refund her for her goods but ask her to return the package on OUR dime. We have been in business for better than 18 years and have only a few customers of nearly 1 million sales who have decided they would NOT do return the goods and then post negative reviews. Again, as soon as we get the goods back, we are happy to refund her money.
