I purchased a large Karaoke set for my daughter Christmas 2022. It's February 12th and all equipment has still not arrived. Their customer service is appalling and after dealing with PayPal they said to reach out to my bank. Emails are illegible. Response is basically that you're a liar and that the parts had to be boxed. I cannot wait to reship this thing we cannot tear back to this manufacturer! Use common sense please! If you need something, anything- Save the hassle we've been through and purchase from elsewhere

Tip for consumers:
They were going to call a buyer basically a thief. The boxes they sent out all arrived. This wasn’t a Fed Ex issue. This was a Store issue! They know it and could’ve filed a claim themselves otherwise! Don’t waste time nor money on junk untested for over 2 months!

Products used:
The system is missing components needed to work. Financial institution in process of having this junk removed and sent back. They are so rude! I won’t communicate with them further. They do not write emails with intellect. I may post the dilemma they’ve put us through trying to get missing parts sent out. It’s been ridiculous.
