I ordered a dog bed in November 2021. After weeks of no change in the tracking for several weeks I contacted the company by email. I received a kind reply to not worry because it was on the way. After 3 months they finally admitted that the item was lost and would issue a refund. I was told the refund would take 10-15 business days. After 4 weeks I co ntacted them again about the refund. They replied that they needed to get in touch with accounting. Again, no refund. I emailed again a couple weeks later and now I don't even receive a reply from the company.
