I've never had such a bad experience ordering online. I ordered a bottle of their delta 9 syrup and got delta 8 syrup. I contacted them immediately to ask to exchange it for delta 9. I didn't hear back after a week. I called and emailed again many times in the next week. I did receive an automated email saying they got my request, but that was over a week & ago & they haven't return any emails since. No one answers when you call & they don't return emails. It says on their site that they accept exchanges or even returns. I've asked them to please contact me to at least let me know if I can do this but…nothing. I also got some TCHV gummies along with the syrup and the effects were crappy compared to other THCV gummies I've had. I won't order from them again!
