Summit Room 1230 I have had numerous issues since booking with resort collection at the beginning of September. They changed our room without letting us know for starters. They no longer managed the room we originally booked. Then tried to put us in a awful room with bo view. I called 3 times and was finally able to swap to a 12th floor room. Fast forward to today Oct. 11th, we get here and check in, go to our room and it's disgusting. There is molded coffee left in the coffee maker, an onld k cup in the kerug, mold and food all over the couch and love seat, food crumbs all over the coffee table and dining room table, the rug and floors were not cleaned. There was stuff all over the floors and rugs. The cou term had stuff on them and there was a roach under the coffee pot. I emailed photos to guest services and they emailed me back saying they will send someone to spot clean. Hours later after the message was sent and I had already went and bought cleaning stuff to clean and started cleaning myself someone comes with a spray bottle, rag, and garbage bag. I let him know I was in the process of taking care of it and he said said okay I'll let front desk know. I WILL not be staying with resort collections again and we've stayed here a few times now and never had this many issues.
