I placed a "rush" order for $80+ and 11 days later NO order and they did not EVEN SHIP IT OUT YET.
I contacted customer service and they said they would cancel the ENTIRE order. The customer service rep. Said she cancelled my ENTIRE ORDER. I get an email saying they cancelled one item for $5.00 and another email saying they shipped my order out that same day. NOT A COINCIDENCE.
NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Tip for consumers:
be careful. I cancelled MY ENTIRE ORDER after 11 days of nothing and paying for express shipping.
they cancelled one item and refunded me $5.00 on an $80.00 order. Then shipped the rest of the order out the same day.
