Will never ever buy anything from this company. I have the same complaint as so many others regarding returning a tennis racquet: store credit only, minus shipping fees, hidden charges, etc. Wish that I had read all the bad reviews before purchasing a racquet here... the worst customer service also. Clever they are, they only post good reviews on their website... terrible.
