Walmart has become a hostile place to shop because the customers become so irate after waiting in line for purchases and returns! Walmart doesn't hire enough people to take care of customers and it has become such a problem that I refuse to shop there any more and take a risk of being in the middle of a fight for someone becoming impatient.

They have steadily become more difficult to work with. You can't pay your bill in cash at a store without a cash payment fee of five dollars for one. And they don't handle any problems in the store. They direct you to call the customer number. Seems rude. They say they handle repairs but they send the item out most of the time and they won't exchange faulty equipment any longer like they used to at a store. Maybe it's all so to the T-Mobile merger. I don't know but it's annoying.

This experience was truly overwhelming! One of the best investments I ever made in myself and my future. I'd like to thank them for providing such a powerful life changing service. Their staff are impacting the future of so many people in a profoundly positive way that their name and deeds will live on for generations. I will be in contact with them as I pursue my goal, either for assistance with my wedding and visa or with my continual search.

My machine stopped working within a few years of purchase. The customer care team was not bothered about my complaint. They were not ready to replace or repairs the machine.
