The product that they have sent got stopped by my local customs. My local custom said that they can release it if I can send them the sender's ID and employment verification docs. I have talked to the customer support and they told me to do a forgery of their ID and proof of employment to get it released by the customs.
And, I refused to do so and the package is now destroyed.
So, I have asked for replacement or refund, and now they are ignoring my texts. I guess they just take your money and $#*! you up. Even asking you to do a felony. Wtf
