I placed an order on line last week. It didn't fit so I returned everything. They received the return and charged me $24.95 for the return. I have been a card holder for many years with Penney's and never have I experienced such a thing before. Not only that, I called to pay the $24.95 just so it would not effect my credit and they told me I didn't have an account with them. I stayed on the phone for an hour till they found it. I cut up my credit card after this. I don't ever plan on shopping there again. This has to be illegal. They went Bankrupted in California. I reported this to channel 5 news. I'm sure they will have a field day with it.
