I think it was around September 2019, that I asked for a scrum training in Frankfurt, Germany for one of our employees and since then no training and no refund. The fact that it has been cancelled is not a big issue, since justified. But then I would at least expect some fairness and a refund. It's not that I wasn't trying, I tried to contact them several times and either no response at all or after some emails where we clearly expressed our dissatisfaction they graciously responded just to stall us a little longer. So to this day no training and the money is gone too. This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE! Never again Technocerts!
