I ordered twice from Vogue. The first wig I loved and kept. The 2nd wig was not my style and I returned. I received a refund and excellent customer service! Very happy with my dealings with Vogue! Highly recommend! Wig quality was excellent and was as described. Nice company!

After going back and forth with Wigsis for over 8 days, I escalated this dispute to Paypal. I have also disputed with my credit card. I was asked to send photos, I did, I was told they looked fine to them, I laughed and sent them emails with my displeasure! Day after day I was told to "reconsider" to double reconsider and then they offered to let me keep the JUNK wigs they sent me and they will make me NEW wigs for only an additional $180! Are you KIDDING me? I spent $400 already on TRASH and they think that I will actually spend another $180 with them. What planet are they from? I then received and offer to keep the wigs and they will refund me $60 of my $400! Again, I refused. They came back again and their final offer was $100 of my $400. I refused. I am not going after my full refund of $400 and will send the wigs back to them if they want them. If not, then they will go in the TRASH.

I took them out of the package again to inspect them and they look even worse on the second look. The color and hair texture is hideous. One of the wigs I am convinced is a return because the bangs are oddly CHOPPED and uneven.

They state they are a USA company. After asking for a USA return address, they finally told me in an email that their factory is overseas and that it will cost ME a lot of time and money to return the wigs. I am so sickened by being scammed and duped by these people. Costume wigs at Walmart are better quality than these are. They also have stolen and copied the photos and descriptions from other reputable wig websites. Total SHAM company! RUN don't walk away and do not even look at their website - everything is fake on it.
